Earthsong Lodge

A week before you arrive for your helifishing adventure burley bombs will be laid at a number of remote island fishing grounds to encourage feeding. Leading television fishing gurus Bill Hohepa, Geoff Thomas or Bruce Duncan will be your guide for this three day experience. Your suggested accommodation would be at one of the Island Retreats or aboard the Quest II.

A prize Schnapper

A helicopter is chartered for your party and will be available to transfer you between fishing grounds and accommodation. Most of the fishing locations will be at great barrier island or on remote coastal areas of the Coromandel Peninsula. Everything for this trip is supplied including rods, reels, tackle, bait and burley.

Our aim with these trips is to maximise your fishing time so both your fishing guide and pilot are there to assist with gear, baiting, gaffing and netting your catch.
