Day 1 - Day 2 – Greater Auckland

Caviar has access to close protection guides if required. We encourage you to experience some of the wonderful remote dining experiences available to Caviar clients. There is nothing more spectacular than landing at a remote beach or on top of an extinct volcano to find a "silver service setting" waiting for you and your partner. All Caviar activities are special and become one of those "lifetime memories".
- Heli fishing – Transfer by executive helicopter to land on a remote location
for a unique and once in a lifetime fishing experience. A motor launch will
rendezvous with your party for dining, cruising and harbour fishing. A leading
Australasian fishing guide will assist to ensure the success of the day. Burley
bombs will be laid a week in advance of your arrival to ensure maximum opportunity
at the fishing ground selected.

| Kauri Cliffs |
Vineyard Touring – Guided tour in a 1940’s Bentley Blower to explore three
of New Zealand’s finest wine producing regions (Matakana, Waiheke Island and
West Auckland)
- Golf –Helicopter transfer to Kauri Cliffs is approximately one hour from
Auckland. Caviar clients have an hour tee off time blocked out to ensure privacy
and time to enjoy this spectacular golf course now regarded in the top fifty
courses in the world. Kauri Cliffs was designed and built by David Harman
of Golf Course Consultants, Orlando, Florida. The par 72 championship golf
course measures 7,119 yards/ 6,510 metres and offers four sets of tees to
challenge every skill level. Fifteen holes view the Pacific Ocean, six of
which are played alongside cliffs which plunge to the sea. The beautiful inland
holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland. The golf complex includes a
world-class practice range, putting and chipping greens, a well stocked golf
shop, and ladies’ and men’s’ locker rooms. Callaway ladies’ and men’s’ rental
clubs are available.
- Adventure - Bungee, Bridge Climb, Vertigo, Sky Jump, Extreme 4WD, V8 Hot Lap Racing.
- Water Activities – Harbour dining cruises, America's Cup sailing experience onboard NZ40 and NZ41, exciting MRX Yacht Match Racing.
Day 3 - Day 4 – Rotorua/Taupo
Transfer to Rotorua by executive helicopter (Lord of the Rings Sites, Geo-Thermal, Coromandel, Hauraki Gulf and Islands)

- Private Maori Cultural Performance. This show is a private showing at one
of the sacred locations that Caviar has carefully selected for our clients.
- Guided Fishing fun day on Lake Tarawera. Caught fish can be enjoyed that
evening or for a truly unique experience have your guide cook your fish in
the hot sands on the shores of Lake Tarawera while you enjoy a hot, natural
spring spa only a few metres away.
- Helicopter Flight or Four Wheel Drive to the summit of the extinct Mount
Tarawera Volcano.
- White Island Helicopter Explorer visiting and landing on the active White
Island Volcano.
Day 5 - Day 6 - Marlborough Sounds
Transfer by Executive Helicopter or Citation jet.
